How do Off Grid Solar Systems Work?

Simply Photovoltaic (PV) solar panels convert sunlight to direct current (DC) electricity, which is then fed through the solar inverter to convert into usable alternating current (AC) electricity. AC electricity is then sent to the electrical panel, where it is sent to the household appliances and other load that are using electricity at the time and simultaneously Batteries are also being charged through the Sun energy.

The inverter will stop the solar energy to recharging the batteries once they are full. When your solar energy is not producing electricity and Grid power is unavailable, your battery bank will send power to your household appliances other load through the inverter.
